Baghdad operations leadership passed huge number of officers and soldiers, in addition to police members to military courts due to defects in their tasks.

Operations spokesman Kassim Attaa said that three investigations councils formed to reveal defects in troops tasks, he added that 134 members were investigated after last bombings, while others were sent to trail.
