Comsec formed committee to negotiate cell phone companies to improve service.
A source mentioned that committee will discuss this matter with Asiacell, Atheer, and Zain companies to improve service, offer privileges, and cancel unregistered lines.
Committee is headed by advisors commission head Thamir al-Qadban, and membership of officials from Comsec, communications commission, and finance ministry.
