1.Approve all recommendations of receiving dates committee concerning this matter and its connection with agricultural initiative.

2.Authorize health ministry to purchase medicines from private sector factories on conditions of not exceeding 10% of foreign products prices, an advanced 50% of the contract deal will be handed against LC.

3.Approve resolution of MOI officers & employees salaries.

4.Approve National Strategy to Fight Corruption for 2010/2014 presented by the joint council to face corruption in Iraq, and circulate it to ministries, provinces, and interested sides to use it.

5.Approve dedication of 5% from borders outlets income to the provinces of these borders within 2010 budget.

6.Approve property transfer of the printing house bought from German company with all its belongings from administrative, financial, and legal directorates of ministry of health to the local clinics directorate in the ministry without any further fees.

7.Approve the suggestion of the education ministry to have its buildings taken by other sides evicted swiftly in order to rebuild and refurbish them and use them to cover its need for educational buildings and schools nationwide.

8. Approve forming a committee from advisors commission manager, Comsec legal directorate manager, media and communications commission manager, and representative from ministry of finance to promote act, and grant privileges for citizens, and registering all users within Asia cell & Zain.

9.Approve the project suggestion to protect doctors audited by Shura Council, and pass it to parliament.
