1. Approve amending project of federal budget for 2010 at demand of parliament financial committee to dedicate ID 267.385 Billion to parliament, ID 313.569Billion for Judgment council, ID 250 Billion for political martyrs and prisoners foundations, ID 263.511 Billion as Kurdistan share from cantons promotion, in addition to ID 416 Billion as crude oil exploring cost, and ID 48 Billion as crude oil transportation fees through Turkey, and creating 1oo job opportunities within the ministry center concerning permissions contracts removing ration card from families whose income exceeds ID 2.5 Million monthly, dedication of ID 2.8 Billion to reconstruct Palestine bridge in Anbar.
2. Authorize finance minister to issue bank remittances with $2.5 Billion at 2% annual discount from value to be paid after one year in order to finance electricity ministry projects within dedications of 2011 to lure contacts of Siemens & GE companies.
3. Approve forming committee headed by DPM, and membership of foreign affairs, finance, planning, oil, justice ministries, in addition to central bank governor, fiscal monitoring manager and PM legal advisor to set complete mechanism to ensure safety of Iraqi funds after end of 2010.
4. Approve Iraqi contribution in capital of Kuwaiti initiative to back medium and small businesses within Arab League zone of $ 5 Million.
5. Approve demand of oil ministry to exclude advisory offices from "Vinson and Elkins & Cleary Gottlieb sponsorship of good attendance due to the advisory nature of their contracts.
6. Include general sector companies in construction ministry with terms of loans ratified by Cabinet to lend same companies in industry ministry.
7. Approve resolution to ratify agreement of technical cooperation with Jordan in animal health sector.
8. Approve resolution of modern agricultural villages.
9. Approve granting license to the housing complex in IZ an investing license to a specialized company under supervision of construction ministry.
10. Approve resolution to ratify agricultural ban cooperation agreement with Jordan.
11. Approve resolution of 4th amendment to maintain irrigation nets.
12. Authorize electoral commission to extend current deal with Blue Feather Co. for security protection which is ends in 15/2/2010 for more three months.
