1.  Approve to pass project of Karbala gas electricity station with $ 84.803.865 Million in 18 months, and Hilla gas electricity station with $ 85.613.294 Million in 18 months to an alliance of a Canadian company.

2. Approve to make Thursday 24/12/2009 a day off for Christian nationwide.

3. Approve suggestion of the higher education ministry for licenses of establishing the following private collages (Rasheed, Dijla, Sadr Al-Iraq, Hikma, Kalam, Mustakbal, Ahlulbait) after complishment of required terms.

4. Negotiate UAE Ma'bar Company concerning the project of Rasheed Camp to agree within four months without conditions or financial commitment on Iraqi side if case of not making deals.

5. Approve transfer of $ 8 Million from operating budget to investment budget of transport budget in 2009 to cover cost contracts of closing maps drawing, training of 75 flight monitors, and vertical split among planes in Iraqi sky with Boing Gibson Co., and aviation communications training, and spare parts contracts with WCG Co.

6. Approve to release extra sums to employees in self-financed companies without abide to kind of subsidies paid, after finance ministry approval to do that.

7.  Approve authorization of PM to offer President of National Intelligence ability for direct contracts with specialized companies in technical devices required away from bidding process.

8. Direct all ministries and governmental foundations to purchase buses from Alba House Co. owned %50 by Iraqi government.
