1. Approve receiving military equipments and supplies from US side, and assign defense ministry to pay part of the total cost with $ 143 Million from 2009 budget.

2. Approve resume payments for continuous projects in ministries till 31/1/2010 from 2009 budget.

3. Cabinet decided to establish organs plant hospital within Medicine Town Hospital, Sha'b Hospital, and Nahrawan Hospital through direct bidding by specialized companies, in coordination with health ministry.

4. Dedicate ID 61 Billion for the project of the 2nd 70 KM lane of Diwania/Samawa road by Ashur and Hamorabi companies.

5. Approve the demand of the defense ministry concerning the special contract to establish a hospital for the armed forces with 400 beds by a Turkish company in 18 months, cost will be ID 147.5 Billion.

6. Dedicate ID 200 Billion to 15 provinces for cleaning services.

7. Approve loans for provinces with ID 3-5 Billion for cleaning purposes from 2010 provinces budget.

8. Approve central committee recommendations concerning tender of purchasing Pakistani or US rice.

9. Exclude engineers sent to UK by communications ministry for MA degrees in "Abilities Growth" from employment stop, and attach them with the ministry companies.

10. Form a committee from ministries of interior, finance, industry, and Comsec to present recommendations regarding transfer FPS staff from contracts to permanent staff like other civil service staff in MOI within 30 days.    

11. Authorize culture minister to negotiate and sign to join agreement of "Cultural Expression Kinds Protection" accepted by State Shura Council.

12. Approve paying %50 bonus with the basic salary to staff of Iraqi Higher Criminal Court, on conditions of not exceeding % 200 of the basic salary.

13. Form a committee headed by representative from Fiscal Monitoring Divan and membership of finance and education ministries, and auditing directorate, and internal monitoring in Comsec to check and review PC purchase contract to education ministry.

14. Paying loans of trade ministry from Iraqi Trade Bank on portions of $500 Million after middle of 2010 from the completion budget of the ministry, in addition to $ 1 Billion to be paid in 2011.

15. Approve suggestion of the resolution to join the agreement against all kinds of discrimination against woman according to resolution No. 66 in 1986.
