1. Approve paying Sahwa forces salaries by MOI for 2010 till ratify of balance law as in 2009, finance ministry must pledge to increase MOI balance.

2. Dedicate ID 1 Billion to Karbala in order to provide vital services for the 40th commemoration of Imam Hussein occasion.

3. Forming committees in each ministry to audit private sector rights, set debts for persons and companies and present them to Comsec in order to settle the debts later.

4. Address foreign affairs ministry to open a Turkish Consulate in Irbil to cover activities in the north of Iraq, and keep Iraqi right to open same consulate in Turkey in future.

9. Approve eradication of illiteracy resolution audited by state Shura council with keeping higher commission out of bonuses and rewards, and pass it to parliament.

10. Approve project suggestion of higher institution for fetuses' researches & barren with consideration to recommendations of state shura council, and pass it to parliament.

11. Authorize finance minister to negotiate and sign investment luring agreement with Oman after amendment by state shura council according to article 80 from constitution, and pass it to Cabinet for PM signature.

12. Resume paying salaries and bonuses of DGs and special degrees staff assigned in MOI similar to their counterparts according to the resolution of the ministry.

13. Approve purchase of 100000 Swine Flu Vaccine with guarantee from producing companies, and study real need.
