1-Suggest the project of Iraqi governmental institutions & universities students audited by State Shura Council and pass it to parliament for final approval.

2-Authorize trade minister to buy sugar directly, on condition of not exceeding international prices.

3-Approve joining international environment index, and authorize environment minister to sign required documents for this regard.

4-Extend service of ambassadors on retirement age for three years.

5-Approve suggestion of project concerning Iraqi staff in international organizations with its final form.  

6-Suggest the project of opinion commission audited by State Shura Council, and pass it to parliament.

Form a committee headed by DPM Dr. Rafie al-Isawi , and membership of ministers of youth, provinces' affairs, higher education, state, in addition to chief of legal directorate in Comsec to supervise election process of Saladdin governor, and president of province council.
