1.  Increase loan to state sector companies with 30% from supply contracts signed with ministries and other institutions.

2.    Approve resume Cabinet resolution to hold receiving irrigation fees for one year.

3.    Approve joining index of international environment, and authorize environment minister to sign the required documents.

4.    Direct negotiation by trade ministry with lender merchants on food oil contracts to settle unpaid sums after right auditing terms, and to transfer extra quantities of food oil to the ministries of defense, interior, health, justice, and other Gov. sides in order to receive other quantities agreed on legally.

5.    Add representative from Presidency with DG post to committee negotiating French side to return € 651 Million of the Mirage F1fighters planes contract paid in advance to manufactured companies, but no planes are received yet.

6.  Issue of No. 2 system in 2010 to amend Iraqi education & culture national committee system in 2008.

7.    Dedicate ID one Billion from emergency reserves to back Million visit to commemorate Prophet death anniversary in Najaf, and same sum to Samara for services presenting to pilgrims under supervision of province council.

8.    Approve not receiving unsure phone bills for technical reasons.

9.  Extend period of contract signed with education ministry to build 200 schools till end of the year, and postpone late fines to the second loan.
